What You'll Be Doing

- Prospecting and generating new sales opportunities.

- Building and maintaining relationships with buyers, sellers and investors.

- Conducting property appraisals and securing new listings.

- Managing sales campaigns from listing through to settlement.

- Negotiating offers and achieving outstanding results for clients.

- Developing your own professional profile and presence within the Gladstone market.

- Working collaboratively with our team to identify opportunities and grow the Sales division.

- Delivering the personalised, professional service Summit Estate Agents is known for.

What We're Looking For To be considered, you must have:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential real estate sales.

- A current Queensland Real Estate Salesperson Registration Certificate or Real Estate Agent Licence.

- Demonstrated experience in listing, negotiating and selling residential properties.

- The ability to work independently, manage your own workload and generate business.

- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- A proactive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine drive to succeed.





- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
