We are looking for experienced Production Operators to take ownership of our highly technical and automated packaging equipment within our manufacturing environment.

If you've operated complex bottling, filling, labelling, packaging, food processing or other FMCG manufacturing equipment and enjoy troubleshooting, optimising performance and understanding how machinery works, we'd like to hear from you.

WHAT’S INVOLVED

As part of our Production team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our highly automated aseptic production line, ensuring quality, productivity and food safety standards are achieved every day. This includes:

- Machine set up and operation of advanced aseptic filling and packaging equipment.

- Troubleshoot production and process issues and performing mid run corrective adjustments

- Perform efficient changeovers for diverse product formats to minimise line downtime.

- Monitor product output to ensure compliance with quality specifications while maintaining accurate batch and dry goods records.

- Optimise line performance and minimise downtime

- Identify improvement opportunities within processes and operation to improve efficiency and productivity

- Work closely with Quality, Maintenance and Production teams

- Maintain the highest standards of GMP, food safety and workplace safety

- Monday to Friday work across a rotating day and afternoon shift roster

WHAT WE AR LOOKING FOR

We are interested in proactive mechanically minded people who are naturally curious, enjoy achieving targets and are capable problem solvers. To be successful you will:

- Minimum 2 years experience operating complex manufacturing equipment

- FMCG, food, beverage, pharmaceutical or packaging industry experience

- Strong mechanical aptitude and high attention to detail





- Experience troubleshooting automated machinery
- A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement

- Strong communication skills and a team-first approach

WHATS IN IT FOR YOU

Competitive Enterprise Agreement rates - This role is covered by our EA, with pay aligned to skills, capability and experience. Current base rates of pay for full time employment include:

- Production Technician Level D - $32.67 per hour

- Production Technician Level E - $33.37 per hour

- Senior Production Technician Level F - $36.06 per hour
