What you'll be doing?
- Carrying out wall and floor tiling — Delivering high-quality wall and floor tiling and screeding across a diverse range of residential and commercial projects.
- Working across varied project types — Contributing to a broad mix of residential and commercial jobs, ensuring every project is completed to a consistently high standard.
- Managing time effectively — Planning and prioritising work to meet project deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail throughout.
- Working independently or as part of a team — Adapting comfortably to either independent work or close collaboration with colleagues, depending on the needs of each project.
- Supporting occasional travel and weekend work — Showing flexibility to travel to project sites and work weekends when required to meet client and project needs.
Who are we looking for?
- Tiling expertise — Proven expertise in wall and floor tiling and screeding, with a strong track record of quality workmanship.
- White or Blue Card — A valid White or Blue Card is required for site-based work.
- Driver's licence and vehicle — A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle are essential for this role.
- Time management and attention to detail — Solid organisational skills combined with a careful, detail-oriented approach to every job.
- Professional attitude — A positive, professional approach to work and client interactions.
- Flexibility — A willingness to travel occasionally and work weekends as required by project schedules.
- Waterproofing and silicone application experience — Experience with waterproofing and silicone application is a bonus skill and will be well regarded, though not essential.
