About the role

You will grow Planet Herb's export business across contract manufacturing and export product sales. You will own client acquisition, pricing, shipments and export compliance for overseas orders.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and manage export markets and client relationships for contract manufacturing and export product sales.
- Prepare quotations, pricing and contract terms, including Incoterms.
- Manage export documentation, including certificates of free sale, export permits and overseas label compliance.
- Work with freight forwarders and logistics partners on shipments.
- Track export sales targets, forecasts and margins.
- Support export grant applications and reporting.
- Represent PlanetHerb at trade shows and client meetings overseas.

Essential requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, international trade or a technical field, or equivalent experience.




- At least four years' export sales experience in food, supplements, nutraceuticals or health products.
- Experience with export documentation and Incoterms.
- A record of growing export revenue.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.

Desirable
- Experience with Asian export markets.
- Knowledge of overseas supplement regulation and registration.
- Languages other than English.
- Grant application or reporting experience.

Pay: $78,500.00 – $178,000.00 per year
