EXTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (CONSTRUCTION)

R22 000 (depending on experience) + commission

Minimum requirements

- Matric Certificate

- Driver’s license required.

Preferably Code: EB (or above)

- Minimum 5 years’ experience with a proven track record, in a similar industry

- Introduces, promotes and sells products and services to established customers

- Actively seeks recent business opportunities and continually develops new customers while supporting existing customers

- Maintain sales and services within assigned territory

- Actively keep customers informed of new products – provide demo’s to promote new products

- Sell other services such as spares, repairs and equipment hire to customers – assess customer needs

- Negotiate upfront deposits from new customers on builds

- Submit monthly report on customer visits and activities performed

- Submit sales projections for orders in the pipeline at month-end

- Ensure that sales targets are met

- Assist finance department with debtors collections
