Our client is an established specialist contractor operating within the commercial façade and architectural cladding industry. With a strong focus on technical accuracy, quality and project delivery, they are looking to strengthen their design team with an experienced Façade Drafter.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist business delivering façade and cladding solutions across commercial construction projects throughout Victoria.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Façade Drafter with advanced Revit capabilities and proven experience working on commercial façade systems.

You will be responsible for producing accurate technical drawings, detailed 3D models and construction documentation, working closely with project managers, designers and the wider delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Produce detailed façade and cladding drawings using Revit.
- Develop accurate 3D models, shop drawings and construction documentation.
- Prepare fabrication and installation drawings for façade systems.
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications and engineering requirements.
- Coordinate design details with architects, engineers and project teams.
- Identify and resolve design clashes and technical issues.




- Ensure drawings meet project specifications, relevant standards and quality requirements.
- Manage drawing revisions and maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

About You To be considered, you must have:

- Proven drafting experience within the commercial façade or architectural cladding industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit - essential.
- Robust understanding of façade systems, construction detailing and installation requirements.
- Experience producing detailed shop drawings and construction documentation.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of technical accuracy.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing project deadlines.
- Contactable professional referees who can verify your technical capabilities and attention to detail.

Experience with aluminium cladding, rainscreen façades, curtain walling or other architectural façade systems will be highly regarded.
