ROLE – Facilities Coordinator

SALARY - $100,000 - $115,000 per annum, dependent on experience

TYPE – Permanent

LOCATION – Adelaide, SA

My client is a leading manufacturer operating within a highly regulated production environment. They are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join their team in Adelaide on a permanent basis.

The Facilities Coordinator will ideally have the following attributes:

- Experience in a Facilities Coordinator, Facilities Officer, Maintenance Coordinator or similar position
- Experience coordinating building maintenance, facilities services and site infrastructure
- Experience managing contractors, suppliers and external service providers
- Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements and facilities compliance
- Experience coordinating preventative maintenance, repairs and maintenance schedules
- Understanding of highly regulated manufacturing environments would be beneficial
- Solid organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors





The Facilities Coordinator role will involve:

- Coordinating day-to-day facilities operations across the site
- Managing building maintenance, repairs and general facilities requirements
- Coordinating contractors and suppliers for maintenance, servicing and facilities projects
- Scheduling and monitoring preventative maintenance activities
- Ensuring facilities, equipment and site infrastructure are maintained to required standards
- Supporting compliance with GMP, workplace health and safety and site procedures
- Maintaining facilities documentation, maintenance records and compliance registers
- Identifying opportunities to improve facilities efficiency, reliability and safety
- Assisting with facilities projects, equipment upgrades and site improvements
- Responding to facilities issues and coordinating timely resolutions to minimise disruption to operations
