Family Lawyer - Associate | 3 – 5+ Years PAE - Exciting growth & pathway

We’re working with a highly regarded Brisbane law firm looking to add another talented Family Lawyer / Associate to its growing team.

Ideally, you'll bring around 3–5+ years PAE, however we're very open to speaking with more experienced lawyers too. What matters most is finding someone who enjoys family law, cares about their clients and wants to be part of a genuinely supportive and down-to-earth team.

The Role

You'll step into a well-known practice with offices around Australia with a strong flow of quality family law matters and the opportunity to manage files with autonomy, while having experienced senior lawyers around you when you need them.

Your matters will include:

- Divorce and separation
- Parenting matters
- Property settlements
- Complex financial matters
- Binding financial agreements
- General family law disputes and negotiations

You'll have plenty of client contact and the opportunity to continue building your technical skills, confidence and profile within family law.

We're looking for someone who brings:

- 3+ years PAE in family law
- Solid client-facing and communication skills
- Confidence managing family law matters
- A practical, empathetic and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to work autonomously while enjoying being part of a team
- A genuine desire to continue building a long-term career in family law
