About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on and organised Field Service Assistant to support a busy field service team with storage installations, storage optimisation and administrative duties across restaurant locations throughout Victoria. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their working day, combining practical, physical work with computer-based administration.

Working alongside a Field Service Consultant, you will assist with storage installations and improvements at restaurant sites, help maintain accurate records and provide general administrative support to ensure field activities run smoothly.

The role will initially offer approximately 3 days per week, with the opportunity to increase to 4 days per week during November and December, depending on installation schedules and business requirements.

You will be based out of the Dandenong South Distribution Centre, with all travel to restaurant locations undertaken alongside a Field Service Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Field Support

- Assist with storage installations, builds and storage optimisation projects.
- Help prepare sites before installations and complete pack-up activities afterwards.
- Assist with the secure setup, adjustment and maintenance of storage solutions.
- Identify and report potential safety hazards or operational concerns.
- Travel with the Field Service Consultant to restaurant locations across Victoria.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Administrative Support

- Enter,



update and maintain information across SharePoint, Monday.com and Salesforce.
- Assist with basic reporting, documentation and communication updates.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is up to date.
- Provide general administrative support to the Field Service and Customer Relations teams.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive, reliable and proactive attitude.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- A reasonable level of physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual handling tasks.
- The flexibility to travel to restaurant locations across Victoria.
- The willingness to learn new systems and processes.

A White Card is preferred but not essential.

Working Hours and Pay

- Pay rate: $34.40 per hour.
- Start time: Flexible 6:00 am or 7:00 am start.
- Days: Initially 3 days per week, with the potential to increase to 4 days per week during November and December.
- Location: Commence and finish each day at the Dandenong South Distribution Centre.
- Travel: Transport to and from restaurant sites will be provided by the Field Service Consultant.
