Your New CompanyHays partners with a broad network of leading accommodation and catering providers throughout Western Australia. Due to ongoing demand across multiple sites, we are currently seeking experienced FIFO Chefs to join our casual workforce and support operations across a range of smaller remote villages.

Your New RoleAs a FIFO Chef, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality meals in a bulk catering environment while maintaining exceptional food safety and hygiene standards.These opportunities are based on smaller sites ranging from approximately 20 to 350 residents across regional Western Australia. You will work across day and night shifts on predominantly 2:1 rosters, completing 10-12 hour days.

What You'll Need to SucceedTo be successful in this role, you will have:

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher)
- Previous FIFO Chef experience within Australia
- Experience working in bulk catering environments




- Current WA Manual Driving Licence
- Supervisor Secure Food Handling Certificate, or willingness to obtain
- Ability to provide recent, contactable references
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including fitness assessment and ongoing drug and alcohol screening
