Your New CompanyHays partners with leading accommodation and catering providers across Western Australia, supporting operations at large-scale remote villages and mining camps. Due to continued demand, we are seeking experienced FIFO Chefs for ongoing opportunities across multiple sites throughout the state.

Your New RoleAs a FIFO Chef, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced bulk catering environment. Working on large-scale sites, you will be responsible for maintaining food quality, presentation, and compliance with health and safety standards while supporting high-volume food service operations.

These positions involve working day and night shifts on predominantly 2:1 rosters, with 10-12 hour workdays.What You'll Need to SucceedTo be considered, you will have:

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher)
- Previous FIFO Chef experience within Australia or extensive bulk catering experience




- Supervisor Safe Food Handling Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
- Willingness to complete site-specific inductions and onboarding requirements
- Two recent, contactable references
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including fitness assessment and ongoing drug and alcohol screening
- Solid understanding of food safety, quality standards and large-volume meal service
