TCLH is seeking expressions of interest from experienced and passionate Remote Camp and Village Chefs & Camp Attendants for potential upcoming opportunities across ACT & NSW.

These roles will be FIFO ex Canberra and Sydney.

DUTIES INVOLVED

CHEFS

- Create and deliver high quality, nutritious, delicious meals that exceed expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a positive and enjoyable dining experience

- Adapt to different kitchens, and environments while delivering mouth-watering dishes
- Maintain and promote impeccable standards of cleanliness and adhering to HACCP guidelines and Food Safety Standards

CAMP ATTENDANTS

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness of accommodation and communal areas, including servicing rooms, linen changes, and restocking amenities




- Manage laundry services and ensure all cleaning meets with site standards

- Assist with dining and food service including dishwashing and cleaning of dining facilities

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- CHEFS - Nationally Recognised Trade Qualification with a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (must hold an Australian Qualification)

- Open unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence
- Previous experience working in remote environments or camps (highly advantageous)
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian National Police Clearance

- Ability to undertake and pass a Pre-Employment Medical including a Drug & Alcohol test
