About the Role An opportunity has become available for a Finance Analyst to join a high-performing FP&A; team. Reporting to a Finance Business Partner, you'll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and delivering commercial insights that support business performance and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
- Prepare management reporting and performance analysis
- Assist with business case development and commercial modelling
- Provide financial insights to support operational decision-making
- Partner with stakeholders across the business
- Conduct variance analysis and identify key trends
- Support financial governance and control requirements
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
About You
- Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Economics
- CA/CPA qualified or currently studying
- 1-3 years' experience in FP&A;, commercial finance, management accounting or financial analysis
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to build robust stakeholder relationships
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach
