Racing NSW seeks a motivated Rehabilitation & Return to Work Manager to lead how we support injured workers back to secure, sustainable work within the NSW racing industry.

In this in-house role, you'll own rehabilitation, recovery and return-to-work outcomes, partnering with workers, employers, medical professionals and the external claims manager to keep recovery moving and help people get back to the industry they love.
