Heartland Bank Australia is seeking a Retention Associate in Melbourne to engage with existing reverse mortgage customers, assess lending solutions and help customers manage their ongoing relationship within delegated authority.

You will work with operations, legal and servicing partners to progress outcomes, uphold responsible lending standards and deliver empathetic, proactive service across multiple cases. A Certificate IV in Credit Management or willingness to obtain it is highly regarded.
