Queensland Sign Factory is looking for a reliable, hands‑on person to join our real estate sign manufacturing team in Everton Hills.

If you enjoy practical work, take pride in what you produce and work well in a team, we’d love to hear from you. Previous manufacturing or signage experience is welcome, but isn’t essential—training will be provided.

What you’ll be doing

- Manufacturing and assembling real estate signs.
- Applying printed graphics to signboards.
- Refurbishing and preparing boards for reuse.
- Using hand and power tools.
- Checking finished signs for quality and accuracy.
- Preparing completed orders for installation.
- Keeping the workshop clean, safe and organised.

What we’re looking for

- Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude.
- Good attention to detail and pride in your work.




- Confidence with practical tasks and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to carry out physical work, including lifting and moving signboards.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with others.
- Experience with tools, manufacturing or signage is an advantage.
