The Prospect

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing hospitality group in a broad, hands-on Finance Manager role. You’ll own the day-to-day finance function, spanning month end reporting, cash flow, payroll and compliance, while providing commercial insights across sales, product costing, margins and venue profitability.

The role would suit a proactive, commercially minded CA qualified Accountant with 4-6 years of experience, looking to step out of public practice or take the next step in industry. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, taking ownership, and building their career beyond traditional financial accounting.

The Challenge

Reporting into the CEO, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Preparing monthly financial and management reports for the ELT

- Working closely with Sales, Production, Marketing and GM's to improve financial visibility

- Assisting with annual budgets and forecasts across the business

- Managing month-end processes

- Supporting the preparation of annual financial statements

- Overseeing core finance operations including invoicing, bank reconciliations, payroll and accruals





- Managing financial compliance requirements including PAYG, BAS, IAS and other ATO obligations

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

- CA or CPA qualification

- 4-6 years of experience in public practice or industry accounting roles

- Strong accounting fundamentals and excellent attention to detail
- A commercial mindset and genuine interest in how businesses operate

- Confidence using Xero, Excel and financial reporting systems

- Exposure to hospitality, manufacturing or inventory will be highly regarded
