Your new role

Working 15+ hours per week on site, you’ll take ownership of key transactional finance activities and help ensure accurate, timely and well-controlled financial processing.

Your responsibilities will include

- End-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Invoicing, claims processing and payment reconciliation
- Bank, credit card, debtor and creditor reconciliations
- Fortnightly payroll processing
- Maintaining accurate financial records and controls
- Supporting BAS/IAS preparation, audits and compliance
- Investigating discrepancies and improving finance processes

What you'll need to succeed

You’re an experienced, organised finance professional who can work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team. You’ll bring:





- Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior bookkeeping, as a finance officer or a similar role
- Relevant bookkeeping, accounting or related qualifications
- Robust end-to-end transactional finance experience
- Xero Certification
- Payroll systems experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
