Personal Trainers | CrossFit Trainers / Group Training Coaches | Remedial Massage Therapists

Hive Active is growing, and we're looking for passionate health and fitness professionals to join our team. We're seeking people who love helping others move better, get stronger, recover faster and feel their best — and who want to work in an environment where fitness, recovery and personalised care come together.

Located next to Roseville Station, Hive Active is a CrossFit affiliated training and recovery centre with an established community and allied health referral network.

We're looking for:

- Personal Trainers
- CrossFit accredited Trainers / Group Training Coaches
- Diploma-qualified Remedial Massage Therapists
- Professionals with a combination of the above qualifications

We'd ideally love to hear from experienced professionals, however, newly qualified candidates who are passionate, motivated and keen to develop their skills through hands-on training and mentoring are also encouraged to apply.

We're looking for team members who have:

- A warm, friendly and professional approach
- Strong anatomy and functional movement knowledge
- Excellent assessment and movement/treatment skills
- Great communication and people skills
- A collaborative, team-focused approach
- Experience in your respective area
- A genuine commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- The ability to work collaboratively with other areas of our business and our established allied health referral network
- Current First Aid and Working With Children Check




- Full working rights in Australia

For Remedial Massage Therapists:

- Diploma of Remedial Massage
- Membership with an Australian massage association
- Appropriate professional insurance
- Health Fund provider recognition

For Fitness Professionals: At least one of the following accreditations or higher:

- Group Trainer: Cert III or CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
- Personal Trainer: Cert IV in fitness

The Roles

All positions are employee roles paid at competitive hourly rates, with flexibility around days and hours. There’s also the opportunity to take on additional hours across different areas of the business; skill-set and availability dependent.

Remedial Massage Therapists

- Approximately 12–20 hours per week
- Opportunity to increase hours as our client base continues to grow

CrossFit Trainers & Group Training Coaches

- Approximately 7–15 hours per week of coaching classes
- Personal Training hours to grow with the role
- Potential to combine coaching and personal training hours depending on experience and availability

We understand that many fitness and health professionals have other commitments, so we're looking for people who can work flexibly with us as we continue to grow.
