The Role Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, you will be a key member of our dedicated manufacturing team,



responsible for precision machining and fitting duties associated with the manufacture and assembly of our high-end cylinders and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Precision Machining: Set up, adjust, and operate workshop production machinery, specializing in center lathe operations, manual machining, and screw cutting.
- CNC Operation: Program and operate CNC machinery to manufacture precision components.
- Mechanical Fitting: Perform critical engineering maintenance functions, including machinery lubrication, adjustments, and equipment fastening.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing of manufactured components in line with company engineering standards.
- Lean Initiatives: Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles to enhance workshop productivity.

About You:

- Trade Certified: An Australian-recognized trade qualification (Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent).
- Machining Specialist: Proven, solid experience in centre lathe operations, precision manual machining, and screw cutting.
- CNC Capabilities: Demonstrated experience with CNC programming and operation.
- Team Player: Strong organizational and communication skills with a high attention to detail.
