We're looking for a skilled and reliable Floor Finisher to join our team, specialising in the installation of engineered timber flooring. The ideal candidate takes pride in their workmanship, has solid attention to detail, and enjoys delivering high-quality results for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Measure, cut and trim flooring materials to suit the exact dimensions and layout of each project.
- Prepare subfloors by cleaning, levelling and repairing any imperfections to ensure a smooth, stable base.
- Use appropriate tools and equipment to install engineered timber flooring, and assist with other flooring types when required.
- Apply adhesives, nails or fasteners to achieve a secure, long-lasting installation.
- Repair or replace damaged or worn flooring materials as needed.
About you
- Qualifications in Floor finishing or Carpentry, or at least 3 years of relevant hands-on experience.
- Own reliable vehicle with Manual licence if possible.
- Own tools.
- White Card or be able to obtain one
- Ability to travel and work across the South East region.
