Senior Salesperson / Store Manager

The Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the full performance and presentation of the store, including:

- Leading, coaching, and developing a high‑performing sales team

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences from design advice to tailored quotes
- Maintaining showroom standards, merchandising, and product presentation
- Build loyal customer relationships and repeat business

About You

- Proven experience in senior retail sales or store management




- A strong sales track record — consistently hitting and exceeding targets
- Confidence in quoting, advising customers, and managing projects end‑to‑end
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team‑building skills
- A commercially savvy, organised, and results‑driven mindset
- Experience in flooring, building products, interiors, or home improvement (preferred but not essential)
