Position Summary

- Lead, motivate and support the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the hotel's service standards.

- Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, operational efficiency and a high standard of presentation.

- Provide ongoing coaching, training and feedback to team members to enhance performance, build capability and promote a positive team culture.

- Proactively respond to guest requests, feedback and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and consistently high levels of guest satisfaction.

- Support departmental management with rostering, stock control, opening and closing procedures, and compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards.

About You





- Experience working as a food and beverage attendant for at least 1 year

- Full working rights in Australia
