Your Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be the face of our hospitality team, ensuring high-quality service and a welcoming atmosphere across our courtyard, bars, and event spaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and interact with patrons in a friendly and professional manner

- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

- Prepare and serve drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) in line with RSA requirements

- Operate POS systems and handle transactions

- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas

- Assist with setting up and packing down tables as required

- Assist in Events (when required)

- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards

About You

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred but not essential)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills





- Passionate about customer service with a friendly and positive attitude

- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced team environment

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays

- Current RSA and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certifications are mandatory

- Police Background Check
