MGL BROS PTY LTD The successful candidate will build, install and strip formwork for concrete structures including foundations, walls, columns, beams and slabs. They will read construction drawings, set out and level formwork accurately, and make sure all work meets engineering and safety standards. Candidates should have a relevant trade qualification or equivalent industry experience, strong formwork skills, and the ability to work accurately both independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail, reliability and a strong commitment to workplace safety are essential. Work is carried out on construction sites across the Brisbane area.

responsibilities Build, install and dismantle formwork for foundations, walls, columns, beams and slabs Read and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications Set out, align, brace and level formwork to meet engineering and safety standards Cut, shape and assemble timber, plywood and other materials for formwork systems Safely strip formwork while maintaining the integrity of the concrete structure Measure and mark materials accurately using appropriate tools Install temporary supports, structures and safety barriers as required Operate hand tools,



power tools and equipment safely and efficiently Maintain and repair formwork systems and timber components Comply with WHS requirements, building codes and company procedures Qualification &

experience Relevant trade qualification (e.g. Certificate III in Carpentry) or equivalent industry experience Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
