PreviousNext is looking for an experienced, self motivated front-end developer to join our team.
About you
- Excellent communication skills: able to communicate with developers, clients, designers and other non-technical people in both written and oral forms
- High degree of self-discipline and professionalism in updating tasks, communicating with the team, and logging time spent
- Experience with HTML5, modern CSS and Javascript (ES6+)
- Experience with Typescript
- Experience with front-end JS frameworks such as React, Vue.js
- Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first development
- Keen interest in best practice and up-to-date technologies
- Experience using Git branching workflows, and pull requests
- Ideally 5+ years of working in front-end development
- Desirable: Understanding of the WCAG 2.2 standard for Web Accessibility, and experience applying it in practice
Key responsibilities
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and online meetings
- Communicate with developers, clients, designers and other non-technical people via Slack and project management tools
- Travel to client offices for occasional client meetings (expenses covered)
- Attend bi-annual company funded summit and team get together
- Maintain up to date time logs for billing purposes
