Mai Gai is looking for Casual and Part Time: FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF
Were looking for people with
- previous hospitality experience or customer service experience
- current QLD RSA or willingness to obtain one
- Confident communication and a positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hosting and welcoming guests and providing attentive service
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Serving meals, cocktails, and other beverages
- Explaining menu items, promotions, dietary options
- Processing payments and using the POS system
- Keeping the dining area clean, organised and presentable
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
