About Us

Sea Sea Hotel is Crescent Head’s only boutique luxury hotel, known for its elevated guest service, premium dining, and relaxed coastal atmosphere. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for passionate and professional Front of House team members to join our restaurant and bar with casual positions available immediately and potential to transition into permanent roles for the right candidates.

The Roles

Waitstaff

We’re seeking confident, polished waitstaff who can deliver an exceptional dining experience with warmth and personality.

Your responsibilities will include

- Providing attentive, high-quality table service from greeting to farewell
- Guiding guests through our menu with confidence and informed recommendations
- Coordinating timing with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintaining tables, service stations, and floor presentation throughout service
- Processing orders accurately using our POS system
- Supporting the wider team to create a seamless, memorable dining experience

Experience in premium or high-volume venues is highly valued.

Food Runners

Perfect for those starting in hospitality or wanting to build restaurant experience.

Responsibilities include

- Running food from the pass to tables with efficiency and care
- Assisting waitstaff with clearing, resetting, and maintaining sections
- Ensuring dishes are presented correctly and delivered promptly




- Supporting the team to keep service areas clean, stocked, and organised

Training provided — great stepping stone into waitstaff roles.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service aligned with Sea Sea Hotel standards
- Manage your section or service role with confidence and attention to detail
- Communicate clearly with team members to keep service flowing smoothly
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, presentation, and efficiency across all areas

About You

- Previous experience in hospitality
- Passion for great food, wine, and genuine guest service
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, premium service environment
- RSA certification
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Professional presentation and reliability
