We’re looking for a Front of House team member to join RÜH in the Illawarra. Someone who enjoys a valuable conversation, notices the customer waiting at the counter and knows when a teammate could use a hand.
The little things matter here. Remembering a name. Getting an order right. Keeping your cool through the morning rush. Making someone’s day a little better before they head back out into it.
Your day could look like:
- Welcoming customers and getting to know our regulars
- Taking orders and keeping counter service moving
- Keeping the service area clean, stocked and ready
- Working closely with the team, especially when things get busy
We’d love someone who
- Brings genuine warmth and takes pride in looking after people
- Shows up reliably and follows through
- Spots what needs doing without always being asked
- Asks questions, learns quickly and wants to get better
