Front Staff The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

· Minimum 1 years of experience as a front staff in restaurant or similar role

· Qualified customer service and communication skills

· The ability to multi-task

· Basic computer skills

· Ability to meet tight deadlines in a busy environment

· Work within a team environment

· Strong attention to detail

· Background in customer service is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform office duties: including answering phones, taking orders and responding to guest inquiries, operating EFTPOS machine and cash register.

· Serve customers efficiently and with a positive attitude

· Perform opening and closing duties in a timely manner.

· Follow directions, prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.

· Handle high-pressure situations in a busy environment.

· Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

· Perform other related duties
