Bring your kitchen skills to the beachfront! Kurrawa Surf Club is looking for a qualified, experienced Chef to join our busy kitchen team.

The role

Working alongside our Executive Chef, Sous Chef and kitchen team, you will:

- Prepare and present quality meals with consistent flavour, portions and presentation.

- Work confidently across kitchen sections, including grill, larder, pans, fryers & pizza.

- Keep service running smoothly through clear communication with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

- Assist with stock control, rotation and minimising waste.

- Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards.

- Handle dietary requirements and allergies with care.





What you’ll bring

- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, or equivalent.

- Proven experience in a busy commercial kitchen.

- Robust knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

- Food Safety Supervisor certification.

- A positive attitude, reliability and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
