Full time Motel Manager

SALARY $80,000 + SUPERANNUATION

DUTIES

- Addressing guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests.
- Ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Managing reservations and room assignments.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising staff such as housekeepers and maintenance personnel.
- Ensuring rooms and common areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet safety standards.
- Scheduling and overseeing repairs or renovations.
- Managing supplies and inventory for cleaning, maintenance, and guest needs.
- Manages budgets and financial resources of a hotel or motel, including monitoring expenses and revenue
- Conducting safety inspections and implementing necessary measures to protect guests and staff.
- Follow local council codes, OHS rules and licensing requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS A bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Motel Manager.
