That's 350,000+ MHFAiders, 3,000+ Instructors, hundreds of committed workplaces and the 150,000 people who train in Mental Health First Aid every year. Imagine what we can achieve together with the right partners behind us.

What you'll do

? Lead our fundraising strategy across individual, digital, workplace and philanthropic giving

? Build lasting partnerships with corporates, trusts, foundations and government

? Pitch our impact to the people who can help us grow it

What you'll bring

✅ 5+ years of senior experience in fundraising, philanthropy or corporate partnerships





✅ A track record of winning and keeping high-value donors and partners

✅ Confidence pitching to decision-makers, plus the writing skills for a strong case for support

✅ Bonus points for experience in health, mental health or suicide prevention

? Full time and permanent, hybrid from our Melbourne CBD office or fully remote if you're outside Victoria.
