Redcape Hospitality is looking for a casual Gaming Attendant to join Durack Tavern.

What you’ll do

- Deliver warm, attentive service and build rapport with guests
- Prepare and serve drinks to guests in the gaming room
- Process gaming and Keno payouts and handle cash accurately
- Respond promptly to guest needs and work with teammates to keep service running smoothly
- Provide responsible service, with guidance and support from venue leaders
- Keep the gaming area clean, comfortable and well presented

What we’re looking for

- A vibrant, approachable personality and pride in exceptional customer service
- Gaming or Keno experience preferred, but not essential—we welcome applicants keen to learn
- Reliability, attention to detail and confidence handling cash




- Queensland-recognised RSA and RSG are essential
- Must be 18 or older to work in gaming
- Availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
