What you’ll be doing

- Deliver welcoming, attentive service and get to know your regulars
- Handle gaming transactions, payouts and cash accurately
- Maintain responsible gambling, compliance and presentation standards
- Support teammates and contribute ideas to improve service
- Build on your skills in team coaching, reporting and department performance

Your experience will shape your starting responsibilities,



with support to take on more as you develop.

What we’re looking for

- Solid, recent gaming experience in a pub, hotel or club
- The ambition to step into leadership, or experience already leading a gaming team
- Strong knowledge of gaming procedures, compliance and responsible gambling
- Confidence with customers and initiative to support your teammates
- Accurate cash handling and current RSA and RSG certificates.
- Availability for a Tuesday–Saturday roster, including some closing shifts initially
