Our 2027 Gap Year Program is an opportunity to spend 12 months earning, learning and gaining real-world experience before heading to university, travelling or taking your next career step.

Forsyths is looking for an enthusiastic Year 12 graduate to join our Tamworth office for 2027.

The role will primarily sit within our Financial Services team, providing administration support and giving you exposure to the Financial Services industry. You’ll also work closely with our broader Administration team, assisting with reception, client service and general office administration.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who is interested in Financial Services, finance or business and would like to experience what working in the industry is really like.

What will your Gap Year look like?

You’ll:

- Work Monday to Friday
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to our Financial Services team
- Assist our broader Administration team with reception, client service and general office tasks
- Gain 12 months of practical workplace experience
- Complete a Certificate IV in Business during your employment
- Build your confidence communicating with clients and colleagues
- Develop valuable administration, customer service and professional communication skills
- Gain genuine exposure to the Financial Services industry
