EXPERIENCED GARDEN MAINTENANCE CREW LEADER

Pardes Lawn & Garden | Newcastle & Lake Macquarie, NSW

Ready to take the lead and do great work?

We're growing our team!

Pardes Lawn & Garden is looking for an experienced, reliable operator to lead our second garden maintenance crew as we head into the busy spring and summer season.

We're a growing local business that takes pride in quality work, reliable service and keeping our customers happy.

We're looking for someone who knows their way around the tools, takes ownership of their work and wants to be part of a team moving forward.

The role

- Lead a two-person crew across residential and commercial garden maintenance jobs.
- Operate commercial mowing, edging, trimming and blowing equipment.
- Maintain gardens, lawns, edges and outdoor areas to a consistently high standard.
- Keep jobs organised, work efficiently and communicate professionally with customers.
- Look after equipment, follow secure work practices and help keep the daily schedule on track.

What we're looking for
- Solid hands-on experience in mowing, edging and garden maintenance.
- Confidence operating professional garden equipment.

- The ability to lead by example and work well with another team member.
- Someone punctual, organised, trustworthy and proud of their work.
- A current driver's licence and the ability to get to work reliably.

Most importantly, we want someone who takes ownership. We can work with different levels of experience, but reliability, a good attitude and quality workmanship are non-negotiable.

What you'll get

- 38–40 hours per week, subject to the agreed roster and seasonal workload.
- Above-award pay based on your experience and demonstrated ability.
- A local team with a growing workload and opportunities to take on more responsibility.
- The chance to help build and lead a crew, with potential progression as the business expands.
- A practical, hands-on role where good work and initiative are valued.

Interested? If you're an experienced operator who wants more responsibility and takes pride in a job well done, we'd love to hear from you. Apply now !! Or contact David on 0413 573 203 for a chat.
