Top Tier Garden Maintenance is looking for a reliable gardener to join our growing team.

We carry out regular garden maintenance across Brisbane, including mowing, hedging, edging, pruning, weeding, mulching and general garden clean-ups.

The work

- Lawn mowing, edging, whipper snipping and blowing
- Hedging and pruning
- Weeding and garden maintenance
- Mulching and planting
- Turfing and garden renovations
- Pressure washing
- Green waste removal
- Regular maintenance of residential and commercial properties

Hours
- Monday–Friday
- Generally 8:00am–2:00pm
- Approximately 25–30 hours per week to start
- 4-day weeks may be available initially
- Opportunity to increase hours as the business grows
- We can be flexible for the right person

What we’re looking for
- Gardening/landscaping experience strongly preferred
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport essential
- Comfortable using mowers, whipper snippers, hedgers and other garden equipment
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors




- Able to work independently and take pride in your work
- Positive communication and a positive attitude
