Action Lines, Signs & Civil (Action LSC) is looking for motivated, reliable and hardworking General Labourers to join our growing Canberra team.
We specialise in road line marking, signage installation, road maintenance and civil works, delivering projects across the ACT and surrounding NSW regions.

About the Role
Working alongside our experienced crews, you'll be involved in a variety of projects, including:
- Assisting with road line marking and pavement marking works
- Installation and maintenance of road signs and road furniture
- General civil construction and maintenance activities
- Preparing work sites, equipment and materials
- Loading and unloading vehicles and equipment
- Assisting with traffic management and site safety
- Maintaining a protected, clean and organised work environment
To be successful, you'll ideally have:
- A current driver's licence (essential)
- HR drivers licence (Highly Desirable)
- Asbestos,
Silica Card & White Card (essential)
- Traffic Control Tickets (Highly Desirable)
- A strong work ethic and reliable attitude
- The ability to undertake physically demanding outdoor work
- A commitment to workplace health and safety
- The flexibility to work day and night shifts when required
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Previous experience in line marking, road maintenance, civil construction or signage installation is highly regarded but not essential. Training can be provided to the right candidates.
