Soil Surveys Engineering is an established geotechnical engineering consultancy providing geotechnical investigations, drilling and construction materials testing services throughout South East Queensland.
We operate a NATA-accredited Geotechnical testing laboratory and are seeking an experienced laboratory skilled to take a leading role in our Gold Coast laboratory.
We have a hands on, full time position based at our Helensvale Lab, available for an experienced field/laboratory technician,
Strong considerations will be given to the following experience and/or qualifications:-
- 1-2 years experience working in a NATA accredited geotechnical testing laboratory
- Competent in performing basic AS1289 tests
- Hold a current QLD soil moisture density gauge user license (Preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the field using a soil moisture density gauge (Preferred)
- Hold a class C drivers license (or equivalent)
- Be able to work unsupervised
