Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender Mixologist to join our team in providing exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion and understanding for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. And will also have an understanding of batching.

Responsibilities:

- 1. Greet customers in a friendly and skilled manner
- 2.



Take drink orders from customers and serve beverages promptly
- 3. Prepare signature cocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages according to recipes or customer preferences
- 4.. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area
- 5.. Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- 6.. Upsell drinks or food items as needed
- 7.. Handle cash transactions accurately

Qualifications:

- 1.. Previous experience as a Bartender
- 2.. RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate required
- 3.. Knowledge of cocktail recipes
- 4.. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 5,. Strong interpersonal skills
