About the role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play an important role in planning and delivering engaging educational experiences that support children's development, curiosity and school readiness.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Planning and implementing engaging,



play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
- Supporting children's social, emotional, cognitive and physical development
- Observing, documenting and assessing children's learning and progress
- Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Contributing to the development and ongoing improvement of the educational program
- Maintaining compliance with the NQF, NQS and relevant regulatory requirements
- Working collaboratively with the team to create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A recognised Early Childhood Teaching qualification
- Current teacher registration with the relevant regulatory authority, where applicable
- A sound understanding of the EYLF, NQF and NQS
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and children's learning
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
