Hyperfast is hiring a NOC Engineer (1st Line Support) to join our 24/7 operations team in Belfast. You will be the first contact for telecoms support, diagnosing faults and restoring service across FTTP deployments.

You'll work in a quick-paced, diverse environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and following SLA-driven processes. Prior network support, CCNA knowledge, and GPON familiarity are advantageous.
