We're seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Accountant to join our energetic team. In this role, you will manage a diverse client portfolio, deliver high-level tax and accounting services, and mentor junior staff. Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and Review of Complex Financial Statements and Tax Returns for Companies, Trusts, Partnerships and Individuals

Preparation of Instalment Activity Statements (IAS) and Business Activity Statements (BAS)

Manage, Train, and support junior accounting staff

Liaise with the ATOand other regulatory bodies

Prepare detailed work papers and maintain accurate files

Provide trusted advisory support across clients' financial and business needs

Ensure compliance with tax and accounting standards

Report directly to Partners and contribute to firm growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

CPA or CA Qualified (essential)

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field





Minimum of 5 years' of experience in public practice within Australia (business services or advisory focus)

Strong tax knowledge including Div 7A, Div 293, Superannuation, deferred tax calculations, GST, and small business concessions

Experience providing tax advice and working on restructuring and foreign resident tax matters

Proficiency with Xero, MYOB, and Quickbooks

Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial analysis and reporting

Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills

A proactive, energetic, and collaborative approach to work

Desire to contribute to the long-term growth and success of the firm
