With a strong digital presence and an ongoing commitment to improving customer engagement, the organisation is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to support its digital marketing activities, website management and social media strategy.

Description

Working closely with the broader Marketing and Communications team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing digital marketing initiatives across multiple online platforms.

This is a hands-on opportunity that combines website content management, digital campaign execution, organic social media, and performance reporting. You will play a key role in maintaining the organisation's digital presence, improving audience engagement, and ensuring marketing activities align with broader business objectives.

The successful candidate will bring demonstrated experience with Sitecore, content management systems (CMS) and HubSpot, alongside a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media best practices.

Duties will include,



but are not limited to:

- Managing website content, updates and digital publications using Sitecore and other CMS platforms
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across multiple online channels
- Planning and managing organic social media content across Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms
- Coordinating digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, remarketing and social media advertising
- Monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports and providing insights to improve engagement and marketing effectiveness

Profile

- Minimum 4 years' demonstrated experience in digital marketing, social media or a similar position
- Proven experience using Sitecore is essential, alongside proficiency in CMS platforms and HubSpot
- Strong understanding of organic social media management, particularly Facebook and Instagram
- Experience managing SEO, SEM, paid advertising and broader digital marketing campaigns
- Excellent written communication, content development, stakeholder engagement and organisational skills, with a qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
