Multiple Positions Available – Join a Leading Logistics Operation!

TAG – Talent Acquisition Group is currently recruiting MR, HR and MC Truck Drivers, along with Dockhands, to support a well-established national transport and logistics operation based in Erskine Park.

We are seeking reliable, motivated and safety-conscious individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are looking for ongoing employment opportunities.

Positions Available

MR & HR Truck Drivers

- Complete business and residential deliveries across Sydney and surrounding areas.
- Safely load, transport and unload freight.
- Complete multiple deliveries and collections throughout the day.
- Provide skilled customer service to business and residential customers.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and delivery documentation.
- Ensure deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.

MC Truck Drivers

- Operate MC-class vehicles for scheduled freight movements.
- Transport freight between facilities and designated locations.
- Ensure freight is loaded and secured safely.
- Complete pre-start vehicle inspections and comply with transport safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate transport documentation.

Dockhands / Freight Handlers

- Load and unload trucks and freight vehicles.
- Sort, scan and process incoming and outgoing freight.
- Assist with freight movements throughout the depot.
- Perform manual handling duties in a fast-paced environment.




- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Support daily operational deadlines and freight processing requirements.

What We're Looking For

Driver Positions

- Current and valid MR, HR or MC driver's licence.
- Previous truck driving experience preferred.
- Confidence completing business and residential deliveries for MR and HR positions.
- Good knowledge of Sydney roads and surrounding areas.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to complete manual handling duties where required.
- Commitment to safe driving practices and workplace safety.

Dockhand Positions

- Previous warehouse, freight or logistics experience advantageous.
- Ability to safely perform repetitive manual handling tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
