ConsultANZ is looking for a highly experienced Piling Foreman/Supervisor to join a leading civil contractor on a major infrastructure project in Brisbane. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader with a solid background in CFA, bored, driven, and diaphragm wall piling to take ownership of complex foundation works and drive delivery on a high-impact project.

The Prospect:

- Join a key infrastructure project based in Brisbane, managing piling and ground engineering works

- Apply your practical expertise across a range of piling techniques in a dynamic site environment

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise all piling activities for major structural elements including bridges, retaining walls, and cofferdams
- Manage crews operating piling rigs, sheet piling machinery, and other ground improvement equipment
- Monitor workmanship to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards
- Promote and enforce strict adherence to OH&S; protocols and environmental regulations
- Lead daily operations involving bored piles, CFA, secant piles, displacement piles, deep soil mixed columns, and sheet piles
- Coordinate site personnel, subcontractors,



and equipment to maintain workflow and productivity
- Communicate regularly with Project Managers and engineers to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables

About You:

- Over 10 years’ experience in a Foreman/Supervisor role on civil infrastructure or foundation projects
- Expert knowledge of piling methods and ground engineering techniques
- Strong commitment to safety, quality control, and environmental compliance
- Effective leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide teams and junior staff
- Confident communicator with strong reporting and coordination skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on site environment
