This small, values-led Speech Pathology practice (based around Fairfield and the inner-north) is known for stability, clinician wellbeing, and exceptional clinical standards. The team is highly experienced, culture-first, and genuinely collaborative, with many clinicians staying long term.
You’ll step into a role supporting a complex caseload and have the freedom to shape your week across clinic, telehealth and community. There’s also scope to contribute to leadership, supervision, research activity, and conference engagement as the practice continues to evolve.

The Role:
This is a senior opportunity working primarily with teenagers and adults across a complex, compelling caseload. Presentations may include:
- Progressive neurological conditions
- Developmental disability and autism
- AAC and complex communication needs
- Acquired brain injury (ABI)
- Voice-related presentations
- Justice-related and multi-stakeholder cases
- Complex communication and swallowing needs
Culture and Expectations:
This is not a billables-first workplace. Expectations are reasonable, and clinical quality comes first. You’ll have autonomy, support, and time to do good work properly.
Support and Development:
- Strong onboarding and support from a senior team
- Supervision available and encouraged (both receiving and contributing)
- Monthly journal club & frequent peer collaboration
- Encouraged and supported to attend conferences
- Research involvement and project opportunities through university links
- Genuine pathway into leadership as the practice grows
What’s On Offer
- $110,000 to $130,000 + super
- Business car provided + travel compensation

Requirements
- Degree in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- 5+ years post-grad experience
- Confidence with complex adolescent and adult caseloads
