A Contracts Administrator is sought by an established Tier 3 Builder in Western Sydney, to work on commercial, hospitality and government construction projects in the $1 - 10 million range.

The Opportunity:

- Working for an established commercial tier 3 builder, trading for 40 years
- Working under a PM with projects ranging to $10 million on average
- Initial project will be a $5 million local government construction project
- $100k to $130k package
- Immediate start

You will have:

- A Construction Management Degree or similar
- 2 years minimum previous project coordination or contracts administration experience with a Principal Commercial Contractor in Sydney is essential
- Experience with procurement, letting contracts, claims, variations, final accounts, sub contractor payments
- Procore experience is essential
- A steady career history and proven CA background required
