About the Role:
This opportunity will suit a Commercial Property Manager who enjoys the variety of managing a predominantly retail portfolio and building solid relationships with landlords and tenants.

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the portfolio, balancing tenant communication, property maintenance and lease requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Managing landlord and tenant relationships, providing clear communication and regular updates
- Overseeing lease administration, critical dates, rent reviews and lease renewals
- Monitoring rental payments and following up arrears
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractor attendance
- Conducting property inspections and following up required actions
- Managing outgoings and assisting with budgets and reconciliations




- Maintaining accurate property records and preparing landlord reports

About You:
You bring commercial property management experience, a practical approach and the ability to stay organised across competing priorities. Retail property experience will be highly regarded.
You will also demonstrate:

- A sound understanding of commercial leases and property management processes
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- Robust attention to detail, particularly with documentation and critical dates
- The ability to handle tenant enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- A proactive approach to maintenance and day-to-day portfolio management
- Confidence using property management systems and Microsoft Office
